Open access is a model where a building’s fibre network is shared fairly among multiple internet service providers rather than being tied to just one. This reduces duplicate installations, increases provider choice, and creates a neutral foundation for better connectivity.

This isolates issues, improves reliability, and allows upgrades and diagnostics to happen in building rooms rather than inside suites. It also supports multiple providers on the same infrastructure and prepares the building for future connectivity needs.
What if we’ve signed with another provider?
Kurnl can operate alongside your existing provider or be added during future upgrade cycles. Our approach is designed to complement your current arrangements, not replace them. You keep full flexibility, and residents gain additional choice.
How much is this going to cost?
Economics are shaped to each project and can include developer funded, shared, or fully Kurnl funded models depending on what works best for your building.
